Our Limited Warranty Programs
Our Limited Warranty Programs cover the original purchaser of any ERIE product and warrants that the ERIE product will be free from defects in material or craftsmanship. The relevant warranty period will be indicated on the product at the time of purchase and the warranty period begins at the date of purchase. The ERIE Tool Works company reserves the right to, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product and may replace the product with an equivalent or better product at its discretion. To make a claim under our warranty program please have suitable proof of purchase and product details ready and contact our customer service line – DO NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT TO YOUR PLACE OF PURCHASE. Any damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper storage/handling, or modifications will be excluded from this warranty. The warranty expressly excludes normal wear and tear and products which have reached their expected useful service. The ERIE Tool Works company will not bear any responsibility for any other damages/losses arising from product defect in material or craftsmanship.
